This development comprises 276 dwellings set on 6.74 hectares in South Coogee.  Design, development and construction faced an existing site which was landlocked with one access along Moverly Road and a cross fall of 15 metres which required careful consideration of road levels and infrastructure design requiring retaining walls.  This development has produced a uniquely planned community of well designed and built residences with landscaping improving the existing site.
