A most accomplished result on an extremely challenging site, being fully occupied from boundary to boundary by the heritage-listed former electrical sub-station to which the builder added a third level. An exceptionally high standard of workmanship is evident in every aspect of this structurally complex project. The judges were most impressed with this achievement in a very competitive category.
