This residence is unquestionably unique and shows how the demolition of one single older residence can be replaced by something modern and fresh. The builder managed this project from initial concept design right through to the sale of the property by engaging an architect, landscape architect, structural engineer and hydraulic consultant to document the design for DA submission. Detailing was excellent, in particular with raked plasterboard ceilings and junctions with the featured brick wall along with outside window shades meeting the spotted gum timber cladding. The external façade also features spotted gum corners and stop ends, structural steel and recycled bricks. Other features include detailed joinery, purpose-built external stainless-steel barbecue kitchen and landscape design.
