The builder encountered challenges during the construction, which included going back to Council to negotiate fewer apartments on the block, but still created a perfect balance of space and size when it came to putting the end-user at the forefront, for larger living spaces.  The judges were particularly impressed with the quality of the finish and the builders’ attention to detail, especially in the creation of a beautifully presented private courtyard, an extension to the living room.
