MPA has been able to achieve three distinct but separate areas for Visa that flow seamlessly from one to the other. Throughout these areas are high-level finishes and acoustically treated privacy areas. 
There is a coffee bar, sunken lounge and joinery booths, several operable walls and a dramatic reception area that features bricks laid both horizontal and vertically. 
This was achieved in a short eight-week delivery program that required a detailed planning and procurement strategy.
The reception area required a high level of thought, due to adhering bricks to the underside of the ceiling. Installation of the structural steel was required along with gaining approval on all fixings that were proposed. MPA worked closely with the designer and structural engineer to customise a building technique and methodology, which facilitated the brick pattern feature substrate. This was suspended from the slab soffit and wrapped around the walls.
High-end audio-visual technology is present throughout this fitout with architectural integration within the joinery. The VISA fitout achieved a 6-star GreenSmart accreditation.
The high-end finishes were well executed, with the featured reception area achieving a high-impact entry.
