The Baker McKenzie fitout was delivered in stages and extended across three levels consisting of reception and waiting areas, multi-function meeting rooms and boardrooms, a café and commercial kitchen facilities. It also included individual offices, open-plan workstations, collaborative areas and flexible work zones.
MPA has installed curved glass panels, a floating interconnecting staircase, curved plaster walls, custom lighting with integrated planter boxes and curved glazed offices. 
Challenges faced were the 120 curved glass panels, large pieces of glass to the stairs weighing 240kg each and the installation of the gas supply to the kitchen, which required the purging of 48 floors of the building.
Challenges were overcome with detailed planning and coordination by the team. The standard of workmanship and the finishes are credit to the diligence and excellent design, planning and execution by MPA
