The QIC fitout covers 1,600m2 of this premium grade tower at 1 Bligh Street. The area consists of breakout areas, town hall meeting area, kitchen, wellness room, first aid area, general office areas and gender-neutral bathrooms. The spaces suit every work mode, including focus areas, collaboration zones and both stand-up and sit-down work points.  The high-end tone of the entire space encompasses a unique European pendant light, plush carpet, stone finishes, timber wall panelling, solid timber framed glazed partitions, custom lightbox ceilings and custom timber ceiling panels,  Due a tight timeframe, MPA used its expertise to eliminate delays with strict scheduling, identifying lead time issues early and utilising protypes to ensure the 14 weeks construction time was achieved.      The workmanship of MPA was of a very high standard and has achieved a fitout which is impressive.
