The refurbished gaming floor contains a new cocktail bar, VIP high rollers’ area, alfresco gaming space, back-of-house staff area, new indoor gaming area and a new six-level lift.  The finished space incorporates numerous features including a custom joinery dome ceiling with crystal balls, a sandstone circular floor and a cocktail bar fully wrapped in stone with a timber-slat symmetrical ceiling. The VIP high rollers’ area incorporates several standout elements including the infinity entry wall wrapped in handmade tiles, a custom water feature with vertical copper and timber structure with integrated waterspouts and the amenities which have a full-height stone wall lit from behind. Working in a live environment that is open 24/7 required restricted noise and minimal disruption.  The project is award winning due to the complex programming of the construction sequence in a live environment and the high calibre of detail in many different materials used throughout the project.
