This restaurant was one of the initial projects of the multi million dollar plan to refurbish Star City Casino and was named after Yorkshire born chef Sean Connolly.  The project contained very particular challenges revolving around the 24 hour high-density, live environment of the site and the ten week construction program.  The result is stunning. The “A V wall” which runs the length of the bar, dining area and private dining areas is a design feature comprising film with printed graphics, sheer curtain, specialty lighting and audio visual effects.  The joinery is of an extremely high standard as were all of the interior finishes of tiles, stone, carpet, curtains and upholstery.
This is a very high quality job and the work was obviously carried out with great care, dedication and attention to detail.
