This project involved the design & construction of a four level, 4,500m2 Cancer Care Centre, built within the grounds of the Lismore Base Hospital. The building which houses high tech radiation oncology equipment has been designed to give a relaxed non - clinical atmosphere. The reinforced concrete structure is attractively clad in a combination of glazed red bricks, glazed black bricks, cream bricks and curtain walling. Internally the building features an innovative atrium, with all finishes of a high standard.
This $16 million project was completed in 15 months.
