The winners, a division of Masterton Homes, saw a need in the market for affordable and functional housing and went back to basics by providing a quality home and design that wouldn’t break the bank.

Jim Masterton and his long-term colleague Graham Keys collaborated to provide a home with an open-plan living/dining and alfresco area. Along with three to five bedrooms and single or double garages, the home is designed to suit the client’s individual requirements. The kitchen features a butler’s pantry.  

The luxurious master bedroom with walk-through wardrobe and ensuite complement the media room which is situated close to the open-plan living/dining. 
The overall impression is further complemented by deep colours and a timber finish to give the MacArthur facade a desirable contemporary feel.
