This challenging fitout constructed within a heritage building and a former iconic banking chamber involved challenges that were met and overcome with detailed planning and execution by the NEXT team.
A floating floor was installed above the existing heritage marble floor with fixings to the structural columns, which were braced to the structural-steel beams running atop the timber-framed walls.
The features of this fitout were very strict tolerances enforced; internationally pre-fabricated joinery; high-gloss finishes to the joinery; wallpaper; mirrors to doors and walls with minimum tolerances and imported timber parquetry flooring.
The finishes are first rate and the team at NEXT are to be commended for their standard of workmanship and the tolerances achieved.
