Oran Park House is a large, Aged Care facility built over 4 levels including a basement carpark and 3 levels of accommodation. The building comprises 240 rooms with associated common areas and two internal courtyards. A mixture of finishes has been utilized on the exterior walls which breaks up the bulk of the building and gives it an interesting and appealing appearance.  Throughout the quality of workmanship and finishes is excellent and the facility provides a place of dignity and comfort for its residents.
