Novati Constructions constructed Stage 2 and 3 in the redevelopment of the SHORE School’s sporting fields. It was comprised of nine tennis courts, a two-storey soccer and tennis pavilion including viewing for 100 people, commercial kitchen and associated change and toilet facilities, prep storage area, spectator area, landscaping and a 3.3 megalitre water storage tank and water harvesting strategy. Also included was extensive perimeter fencing along Alpha and Sailors Bay Roads.
The construction was undertaken within the occupied school grounds which created problems that were overcome with detailed planning and co-ordination.
The finishes are to a high standard and are a great addition to the school facilities.
