This project required major demolition and renovation works to the existing hotel, whilst keeping the hotel trading at all times. This necessitated the construction of a temporary bar.
The works also included the construction of eight new motel rooms, the refurbishment of the existing twelve motel rooms and the refurbishment of the administration and back of house areas.
The work required very detailed co-ordination and was completed in twelve months.
