Created in Sydney’s northwest, this pool is square, however, features radius corners to the external wall. It was designed to nestle into a pocket surrounded by existing gardens and hedges that required careful excavation. All pool surfaces were tiled inside and out and with radius curved walls above ground, the concrete, formwork, tile preparation and mosaic tiling were installed to an extremely high level. Raising the pool out of the ground allowed the external walls and coping to become a design feature.
