Patterson Building Group was appointed to construct a new three-level teaching facility linking two existing buildings. This group demolished an existing 2000m2 building and completed the refurbishment and structural upgrade to the heritage building. External works included the construction of an undercover basketball court, two soccer sports fields, and playground areas including new hard and soft landscaped surfaces.   The complex project had limited access. Traffic control measures were implemented to monitor deliveries, passenger vehicles and student movement throughout the construction phase.   PBG has delivered a quality project on time and has met all the design requirements of the stakeholders to a high standard.
