Paul King has delivered an amazing building. This was a difficult build, steep site and the design tolerances were extremely tight at 1.5mm. The building composed of the use of various building materials with structural elements as external finishes. With almost 800m2 of building, Paul and his crew delivered an exceptionally high level of detail to finishes, and an awesome build on a fixed-contract price.
