Pimas Gale submitted a lump sum contract for the renovation work on a 1939 harbour front apartment block.  The works required the builder to engineer, redevelop and upgrade the entire building.  As well as these works an additional apartment was to be added, and two existing apartments were fully renovated.  A harbourside pool and landscaping were included as well as an 18 car garage, built three metres below sea level.  The builder completed the works in 24 months and produced a truly magnificent complex.
