The builder was presented with challenges from day one on the project which is not unusual when faced with the demolition of existing buildings and all that involves.
He had fortunately forged an excellent working relationship with the owner, architect and engineer and all problems were overcome. The end result is an award-winning project featuring the best of modern technology with alucabond cladding, hydraulic in-slab heating, vast polished concrete floors and flush-fitting sectional overhead garage doors.

The butterfly roof presented its own set of challengers by requiring concealed box gutters and essential rainwater heads fitted with concealed overflow facilities.
The judges were impressed with this project and compliment the builder.
