The Mirvac Switchyard Project encompasses the development of a 14-hectare industrial estate including the construction of 27 warehouse units across 6 individual buildings, comprising 73.000m2 of warehouse and office space. Heavy duty hard stands & on ground & basement car parking has been included. External to the site major utilities & road upgrades were also completed. The project included smart metering & a BMS plus 6 separate 100kw solar systems across the 6 buildings. Mirvac is currently seeking a 5 Star Green Star Rating. Added to this, tenant specific requirements have been incorporated including tailored office and warehouse setups, temperature-controlled warehouses & in-rack sprinkler systems. The project was staged to suit progressive tenant occupancies. The size complexity & staging of this project required a well-managed & efficient site team ensuring the successful result achieved.
