The Abbotsleigh Sports Precinct comprises a 2000m2 multi-purpose hall, all-weather full-sized soccer/hockey field, four storeys of integrated amenities and administration area, three fitness studios and undercover parking for 180 cars.
Prime was beset with difficult access, inability to access the site with large trucks, poor ground conditions and closeness to the environmentally sensitive forest, as the project was within the confines of the protected Blue Gum High Forest. 
It has successfully blended the building into the surrounds which features a high quality of finish to the timberwork used in the project. Timber features throughout the sports hall, soffits and external walls and stairs.
Prime Constructions has delivered a quality facility for Abbotsleigh School.
