Barker College Rosewood Centre is a state-of-the-art 3 storey indoor sports complex. The project was constructed in a conventional sense; however combined the ability to stagger stacked pours and integrated sacrificial steel to the southern structure which enabled the remaining northern car park and courts structure to proceed concurrently.  The facadé consisted of a variety of elements which required specific sequencing. This was followed with the erection of the large tensioned fabric awning over a space frame skeletal steel structure. Lastly, the finishing touches of external hardscape, landscape and refurbishment of the existing pavilion were completed. The Prime Constructions team delivered a showpiece project that met the client’s needs and functionality, aesthetics and high end quality finishes.
