This five storey building, originally constructed in 1938 and located within the North Sydney Council’s heritage precinct, was previously a boarding house which has now been converted into  modern classrooms with high quality audio visual technology, smart boards and amenities.
The internal structure was demolished whilst retaining the external walls and new floors were then constructed within the building fabric. 
A most difficult and challenging project.
