The Southend Lane development at Alexandriainvolved transforming and repurposing a 24,000 Sqm existing (pretty shabby) industrial building into 9 modern industrial/commercial tenancies. The project included structural upgrades, new facades reusing the existing bricks, new roofing, all new services and new integrated offices in each of the tenancies. The work was completed in a live environment and the judges were impressed with the way an old and tired complex has been given a new lease of life.
