This special needs school was designed and constructed over a 15 000 square metre site. The school consisted of 5 modular buildings, 1 administration, 4 teaching blocks, a library/hall, a hydrotherapy pool, 35 m x 25m Cola and extensive site works. 
The buildings were constructed using a combination of both traditional in-site construction and offsite modular construction. The finishes included internal floor vinyl, composite wood decking and pin board linings in colours specifically chosen for the calming effect on students.
Construction difficulties encountered were:-
•    Contaminated ground
•    Natural water table
•    Underground gas build up
•    Delivery of 18 various sized building modules
Collaboration of all stakeholders including adjoining neighbours was critical. This complex and detailed project was constructed and completed with a very high standard of finish.
