QB Interiors created a space boasting 23 state-of-the-art production and voice studios, prioritising top-tier soundproofing solutions and cutting-edge audiovisual technology. A space was tailored to accommodate radio hosts Kyle & Jackie O of KIIS FM, which features impressive installations including the first Mesh tv in Australia, an LED Wall comprised of 450 individual screens, and custom dome light. With adjoining staircases connecting the floors, the area integrates workspaces, breakout zones, and collaborative environments. A major challenge for QB Interiors was the relocation and installation of a large antenna onto the building rooftop using the restrictions of the existing goods lift. The integration of new services to accommodate the base building layout and configuration posed a significant challenge so as not to compromise the structural integrity or functionality of the space. QB Interiors has produced a quality fitout which reflects the premium client. The stringent sound requirements and technology focused installation required a high degree of skill, co-ordination and expertise to accomplish an impressive fitout.
