The PLC library is a three storey open plan building featuring a two level void with a designer pendant light, and a café on the ground floor.
At ground level there is an open paved walkway which allows access through to the remainder of the PLC campus.
This is an impressive library building with good quality finishes incorporating  it has Information Hubs on all levels and is fitted out with the latest in IT systems.    
The building was completed in just nine months, some eights weeks ahead of schedule.
