Raecene handles all tasks asked of her with a high level of professionalism and maturity beyond her years and has the ability of relating and communicating with team members on site to get the most out of the learning experience. She has the confidence to apply herself to a task shown to her once and then demonstrate to others how the same task is completed. The ability to listen and then communicate the tasks to other apprentices and the labour workforce is commendable. Raecene is proactive in asking questions and is genuinely interested in the development and progress of the site.
