A very sensitive approach to the heritage values of this massive heritage listed building was apparent in this project. Detailed patching work and cleaning on the façade blended perfectly with the worn exterior. Many later add-ons were carefully stripped back to the original fabric. Discreet modern kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and joinery additions did not detract from the industrial origins. Challenging work and an outstanding achievement.
