The project involved the refurbishment of the top floor of an existing three-storey commercial facility and the extension of the building façade line to match the bottom two floors. The level three commercial space was completely demolished and incorporated into the existing building as a Ferrari Maserati flagship sales location. It required the extension of the installed car lift and construction of indoor terraces among the office spaces and showroom floor. The crowning glory of the showroom is the glazed showcase, which highlights a La Ferrari suspended mid-air and visible on five sides including from Pacific Highway. The building is awarded due to the quality of minimalist detailing of simple but high-quality finishes, very well executed, that make the space act as a gallery for the cars.
