The granny flat was built for the owner’s daughter and constructed over an existing pool that had to be removed and filled.

The residence has been built using EPS render finish to mimic cement-rendered brickwork without the cost, so as to meet the client’s budget expectations. 

It has the standard slab on ground floor, concrete tiled roof and is set against the brick paving to the front façade. The elongated windows give the home a spacious look. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry are well designed with built-in robes to both bedrooms and a well-proportioned living and dining room area.
