Leichhardt Green is a 10,090m2 mixed-use residential design and construct project built on an old industrial site surrounded by narrow streets. The builder undertook site remediation due to high vapour pollution and ground contamination within the soil on site using a Liquid Boot system and the testing of technology not previously used in Australia. The project comprised 287 apartments of various sizes in five residential tower buildings ranging from four to nine storeys in height, built on a podium with underground carparking, and eight lifts servicing the five buildings.  The site team is to be congratulated for having achieved such a high-quality residential project, both internally and externally, with all trades demonstrating great attention to detail. The quality of the face brickwork and tiling on the external facades of the buildings are of the highest standard.
