1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are provided along with sub-penthouses and penthouses. There are 2 levels of basement parking along with a beauty salon, a cinema, a café, and lounge areas. 
The building features bronze facades and balustrades with double glazing to the windows and is quite striking in appearance.
The quality of the workmanship and finishes is first class throughout and it was clear to the judges that a collaborative relationship had been established with the various stakeholders throughout the course of construction.
