This complex architecturally designed concrete building boasts circular and curved spiral shapes in off-form concrete to the four levels. The innovative-designed precast façade panels complement the required design finish.

The quality and consistency of the finishes achieved with the off-form concrete and precast concrete elements were delivered under extreme and difficult circumstances. The delivery is a testament to the entire Richard Crookes Construction site management team including major formwork, reinforcement, in-situ concrete subcontractors and the precast concrete manufacturers.
