This design & construct contract comprises one level of basement car parking and three levels of office and educational areas.
The main architectural and most challenging feature of this building was the coordination and detailing of the different façade systems.
The façade materials included sandstone cladding, terracotta panels, Alucabond, glazed curtain walling, precast concrete panels and aluminium louvres.
The project is located in the very busy Nepean Hospital precinct, requiring stringent traffic management by the head contractor and was completed in 55 weeks.
