The judges considered this an outstanding entry. Most of the local subcontractors on this project had little OHS experience and the very high safety standard achieved on this project can clearly be put down to the many unique programs instigated such as;
•    On site accredited trainer for plant and equipment
•    Work method statement training for all potential subcontractors
•    Site safety alliance between the builder, client and WorkCover to promote cultural change in the area.
•    On site safety shop
•    Specific induction for working at heights
