The building has an elegant architecture with bespoke design embodying its prestigious location with the use of natural materials such as sandstone and timber perfectly balancing the polished sheet of the facet cladding.   The judges said this prestige block was superbly finished with Herringbone pattern oak flooring, quality carpet and 3.4m high ceilings added to the quality finishes.  The large kitchen layout also made this a winning entry.
