This project required the amalgamation of two Federation Queen Anne homes with the front façade remaining and the extension meeting a modern style. The modernity of the extensions had to be hidden from street view. This was a challenging build with restricted access including many materials handling issues to overcome. The structural elements required precise execution to accommodate the large open spans. The quality of the interior finishes were excellent.
