Scott has a terrific work ethic and positive energy. He is punctual, and always prepared to go that extra mile to help. He shows initiative and accepts direction. He is never shy to attack head on tasks that are not normally required of his trade and with an even temperament and a confident and happy demeanour Scott would be a welcome addition to any team in the industry. Scott is fully aware of correct site safety and is involved in the site induction process. He is often the one who will remind others of the need to use PPE and maintain a clean and safe site. With a previous life as a high achieving professional sportsman, it comes as no surprise that Scott is similarly high achieving in his work with carpentry.
A strong team player, he will often be the voice that sets the goals and will make practical suggestions on how to achieve targets efficiently, whilst still maintaining a strong understanding that the job must be suitably and correctly completed before moving on to another. His positive energy is evident through his work and is an asset to Henderfield Consulting.

Scott would like to successfully complete his apprenticeship and be a fully qualified, quality carpenter!
