This flagship clinic in the Sydney CBD comprised over a 1200m2 footprint, a patient waiting and reception area, pathology collection, ultrasound, embryology and andrology laboratories and collection, day surgery, recovery and sterilisation space along with administrative, storage and staff break out.
The challenge was to take a Class 5 commercial office building, built in 1988, and adapt it to a world class clinic with its extensive services. The planning was carried out over 11 months where Sense Projects used its expertise to hone and refine the details and negotiate with all the parties involved in the approvals process. 
The identification of existing services, incorporating the new services, establishing access and runs for the services was very complicated in such a building. Covid hit during the early stages of the project which caused a 1-month stoppage.
The finishes were executed by Sense Projects to a high standard, demonstrating a high level of skill to achieve the desired result in a difficult working environment. It is a credit to the Sense Projects team for the detailed and thorough planning leading into a well-executed project.
