This project was carried out in a number of stages but all within the existing mail sorting area of Australia Post, operating 24/7. It consisted of the conversion of an existing warehouse/operation area and the construction of an enclosed vehicular area and sunken loading dock.
All works were undertaken without disruption to Australia Post operations and parcel deliveries.
Issues of working within an existing facility of sound, noise and access were all overcome efficiently. Detailed planning of access routes and timing were undertaken, which proved to be critical in the delivery.
