This impressive fitout encompassed levels 26, 27 and 28 of the premium-grade ANZ Tower with a total working area of 4433m2.
The demolition comprised of an existing three-floor legal fitout and reconfiguration of the base building services. Shape then undertook a full custom-built fitout including kitchen spaces, new bathrooms on each level and upgraded services provisions.
Retention of the existing ceiling grid in some areas was utilised with the staircase upgraded with cosmetic and security changes to meet the new design requirements. Timber flooring was laid over the existing access floor to good effect.
A quirky inclusion was the utilisation of the space within the lift shaft by a new commercial golf simulator.
Shape carried out the works with the high standard expectations of the client being met.
