A creative series of engineered elements designed to be modular, allowing any stair void to be filled while providing the ability to work above and beneath the demolition and erection of stairs. The methodology was reviewed and proved the ability to install steel glazing channel to hold the glazing balustrade of the staircase and welding fixing tags to install steel beams to hold plywood frames creating a safe cover for the penetration, preventing any falls from heights enabling the continuity of work.
