St Hilliers have converted this multi-storey office building into a block of studio and luxury apartments.  The work included the removal of the lift core, installation of a structural support system to stabilise the building, provision of a new lift core, the addition of 2 floors and the extension of all floor slabs on the southern side of the building.  Each floor was strengthened to support the loading and egress and fire rating standards were upgraded.  Detailed excavation and the use of a car stacker were incorporated so that the parking requirements were satisfied.
