The Builder overcame challenging structural problems in this major alteration including the replacement of the first floor timber floor with a concrete slab that cantilevers over frameless corner windows and the construction of a sea wall, all within a confined space with limited access.  The judges were also impressed with the detail in the feature stonework and the finishes in general.
