Built as TAFE’s Creative Hub, this  design centre accommodates a wide variety of design disciplines on one campus, with flexible and adaptive spaces.
Environmental risks, particularly during excavation, and constant inclement weather was programmed and managed expertly. Roof detailing, and the feature high level clerestory windows received special treatment from procurement to completion. 
The TAFE remained occupied and access was limited, requiring constant attention of safety and programming of delivery, plant and personnel. The fully commissioned building was handed over on time and with no defects.
This is a fine addition to the TAFE campus.
