The project consists of four luxury whole floor apartments with a single basement car park and a car lift for vehicle access.  The site is situated on a narrow one way street, with the initial excavation and piling works challenging the skills of the tradespeople.  The extremely high quality finishes in the apartments include custom made lights from Italy, specialized marble slab stone floors, vanities and walls, Wavy 3D Sycamore joinery panels to feature walls in the penthouse flown in from France, and world class joinery to the kitchens with American White Oak veneer paneling.
