Taylor Construction Group were engaged to fully refurbish 5 levels of the existing stand while working within a live & fully functioning environment.
The scope of works included the construction of two concrete & structural steel link bridges, total upgrade to all amenities, bars, lobbies, private suites, new floor coverings & a stunning glass entry to the betting ring. The acoustic finishes, lighting & AV equipment has transformed the Stand into a world class venue. 
Constant challenges were faced during the construction phase mainly due to the scheduling of race meetings & race trials on a weekly basis. Taylors worked closely with the ATC to minimize the disruption to all parties involved in the racing industry.
