The Rydalmere Operations Centre consists of three individual buildings, a warehouse, office and animal-holding facility with an adjacent truck-washing depot. The centre accommodates 250 people and required flexible industrial work zones while maintaining a high standard of internal finishes. 
There is a floor-to-roof atrium at both ends of the building, extensive use of honed concrete in the walkways and timber plywood to ceilings and perforated metal to feature panels.
Taylor Projects overcame the latent and contaminated ground conditions and used its expertise to deliver cost savings throughout the project. The perimeter curtain wall, quality interior finishes with striking atriums at both ends, open-style workspaces and contrasting finishes combine to present an impressive, well-finished building.
